Agent Design

A clear process creates room for better ideas.

Six stages carry every engagement from first conversation to delivered work. Structure is not the enemy of creativity — it is what makes ambitious creative decisions safe to take.

  1. Stage 01

    Understand

We review the company, audience, product, current materials, competition, technical conditions, and intended outcome.

  2. Stage 02

    Define

We establish the strategic direction, content structure, creative territory, project priorities, and criteria for success.

  3. Stage 03

    Explore

We develop meaningfully different ideas rather than minor variations of one safe visual approach.

  4. Stage 04

    Build

We expand the selected direction into a complete identity, website, interface, motion system, or design system.

  5. Stage 05

    Refine

We test the work across real content, screen sizes, interaction states, accessibility conditions, and practical business use.

  6. Stage 06

    Deliver

We organize approved assets, documentation, source materials, implementation guidance, and agreed launch support.

How the work actually runs

  1. Discovery

Every engagement opens with structured discovery: conversations, material review, and competitive context. The goal is to understand what the work must accomplish before anything is designed.

  2. Feedback

Feedback happens at defined checkpoints against defined criteria — the strategy, the brief, and the success measures agreed at the start — rather than as open-ended reaction rounds.

  3. Revision stages

Proposals define the number and scope of revision rounds in advance. Structured revisions keep projects moving and protect both sides from indefinite iteration.

  4. Testing

Work is tested against real content, real screen sizes, interaction states, and accessibility conditions before delivery. Design that only works in a presentation is not finished.

  5. Handoff

Handoff includes organized assets, documentation, specifications, and source materials as defined in scope — prepared for the people who will use them, not just archived.

  6. Launch

For websites and products, launch includes configuration, redirects, indexing checks, and verification of forms and integrations, with agreed post-launch support.

  7. Project limitations

We are honest about boundaries: scope, revision rounds, and deliverables are defined in writing. We do not promise rankings, guarantee traffic, or accept briefs that ask us to imitate a competitor.
